The Seller reserves the right to cancel or rescind any sale at any time if it determines, in its absolute discretion, that the sale does or may violate applicable export or import control or related laws and regulations.

Invoicing:
· GoIndustry DoveBid will raise a PreBill once the offer is accepted;
· Once payment is received, GoIndustry DoveBid will raise one final commercial invoice for the goods on behalf of the Seller and one final commercial invoice for the buyers premium in its own name.

Payment:
· To be made and confirmed within 48 hours of invoicing.
· Payment by bank transfer and in EUROs to GoIndustry AG; Bank details will be supplied on the invoice

Collection Deadline : 
· by prior appointment only,
· and within 10 working days of the final invoice, unless otherwise agreed
· and in any case, only after payment is received in full and cleared through the GOI client account, particulars of which GOI has communicated to the Offeror

Removal :
· Buyers are responsible for removing and shipping their purchased assets
