1.1 Fees for Listing and Enhancements. Standard listings are free of charge. When assets are listed, sellers have the option to select several enhancements that enhance and differentiate listings. The fees for these listing enhancements are:

     Bold description: US$5
     Icon: US$10
     Subcategory Featured Asset: US$20
     Category Featured Asset: US$50

Listing enhancement fees are charged to the Seller's account at the time an asset is listed, and will be invoiced the same day. Listing fees are non-refundable even if the item does not sell.

1.2 Sales Commission Fees. The Sale Fee equals five percent (5.0%) of the gross sales price. This fee is due and payable from the seller at the close of an auction if there is a successful bid, i.e., a bid in excess of the established reserve price (if such applies) or any bid in excess of the minimum bid if there is no reserve price. Sale Fees are payable whenever a bid is accepted, whether or not either party actually performs.

1.3 Bidding Charges or Registration Fees. There is no fee to bid on assets unless otherwise indicated in the auction description, asset detail page, or other clearly-marked area of the website. Some Webcast auctions (on-site auctions conducted by GoIndustry DoveBid that is simultaneously broadcast live over the Internet) may require a 'registration fee' in order to participate.

1.4 Buyers Premium. In connection with the GoIndustry DoveBid Marketplace (online 24 by 7 auction), an additional service charge, for which the buyer is responsible, may be added to the price of the item ("Buyer's Premium"). If so, this will be indicated in the auction description, asset detail page, or other clearly-marked area of the Web Site.

In connection with a Webcast auction, GoIndustry DoveBid will charge each Buyer a Buyer's Premium upon the completion of a successful transaction. For more details regarding the amount of such Buyer's Premium, please view the appropriate auction brochure or auction description page on the Website. Any purchase offer that you make through the website or Webcast software indicates your express agreement to pay all amounts due, including the applicable Buyer's Premium.

• Full payment is due immediately upon any billable activity.
• Past due accounts are charged a 1.5% monthly finance charge (minimum US$0.50).
• Past due accounts, at the sole discretion of GoIndustry DoveBid, may be sent to a collection agency.
• Past due accounts are subject to termination and a US$50.00 reactivation fee.
• Payment can be made by check, wire transfer, money order or credit card.
• Returned checks are subject to a US$20.00 service charge.
• International checks or money orders (including Canada) are subject to a US$10 bank processing fee.
• Accounts that are past due or non sufficient funds checks may affect your GoIndustry DoveBid account status.
• All rates and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

4.1 Invoicing. As a courtesy to you, GoIndustry DoveBid may notify you on a daily basis via email when charges accrue under your User name or when an action is taken with respect to your account. Faxed invoice notification may be available upon request.

Please be advised, however, that GoIndustry DoveBid has no obligation to notify you (via email, fax or otherwise), and its failure to notify you does not relieve you of any of your obligations under this Agreement. Full payment is due immediately upon any billable activity under your User name, whether or not you receive an invoice or other notification from GoIndustry DoveBid.
