Jack Reinelt is Chief Executive Officer at GoIndustry DoveBid, a global leader in asset management, online auctions and professional valuation services for the surplus industrial equipment marketplace.
As CEO, Jack has overall responsibility for the corporate strategy and performance for the business, which has operations in 22 countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Since joining GoIndustry DoveBid in May 2009, Jack and his management team have been dedicated to ensuring that GoIndustry DoveBid builds on its global leadership position, by delivering exceptional services and products to customers worldwide.
Before joining GoIndustry DoveBid, Jack was Managing Director and COO, EMEA, at Tele Atlas, a global leader in providing digital data to the automotive, Internet, consumer electronics and enterprise markets. Under his leadership, over a four-year period, revenue grew from €78m to €217m and EBITDA from €6m to €110m. Prior to this, he was VP of e-Marketplace Management at Commerce One, Division President of AppNet, Inc. and President of Software Services Corporation. He began his career in sales at IBM.
Jack graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance, magna cum laude, from Western Michigan University.
Nick Taylor is Managing Director, Europe, for GoIndustry DoveBid, based in the headquarters for Europe in London.
In this role, Nick is responsible for the business in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Scandinavia, and Iberia. Along with his management team, they focus on business generation, and overall operations for all auctions, corporate services and valuations across Europe.
During his time with the company, Nick has been involved in many high profile auctions such as, the Millennium Dome venue in London, UK; and Nortel’s global asset reduction programme, which had an asset value of over $50 million, covering six countries.
Nick joined Henry Butcher & Co. as a graduate trainee in 1989. Over the years, he has held various roles within the organisation including sales, project management and operations. During this time, he has built up expertise across several industries - from engineering to electronics - and across territories, from the Philippines to the US. In 1999, Nick became President and CEO of Henry Butcher USA. When GoIndustry acquired the business two years later, Nick returned to the UK to manage European operations, as part of the Global Management team.
Nick graduated from Bath University, with a BFC Honours in Economic and Politics
Maiyo Hood, based in Hong Kong, possesses over 23 years of Asia Pacific operations, sales, quality assurance and supply chain management experience with FMCG multi-national companies. Prior to joining GoIndustry DoveBid, Maiyo was the Vice President, Business Development at Robin Co, Ltd, a manufacturer of packaging and premium products servicing major multi-national QSR companies in Asia Pacific. Maiyo spent over 11 years as Supply Chain Management Director at YUM! Brands Inc, China Division, China’s largest restaurant company with over USD $3 billion in annual sales from 3500 KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants. He has also worked as Operations and Sales Director at Centergy Food Products Ltd. and Quality Assurance Director for Tyco Toys, which was the 3rd largest toy company in the world. Maiyo speaks fluent Mandarin, Chinese and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a MBA from Kellogg School of Management and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Tim is the North America region Managing Director for GoIndustry DoveBid.
Tim is responsible for all sales and operational roles within the Continental United States and South America.
Tim was born in Detroit, Michigan and has lived and worked primarily in Michigan and Northwest Ohio. He has extensive knowledge and experience within the manufacturing sector providing leadership in the area of operations management with a focus on growth, process improvement and company transformation. He has a wide range of experience in change management, process re-engineering and new business development. He is well versed in lean manufacturing processes as well as their application to non-manufacturing environments. The companies that he has worked with have all been able to achieve significant increases in profitability and sales, resulting in outstanding returns for shareholders.
Tim has been a partner at Arthur Andersen and L&L Ventures, LLC., working with senior management of domestic and multi-national corporations. Additionally, he has held senior management positions at Crown Group, Inc., Electro-Wire, Inc., Continental Structural Plastics, Inc., and Syron Engineering & Manufacturing, LLC.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Romie Castelli is Senior Vice President North American Sales at GoIndustry DoveBid.
In his role with GoIndustry DoveBid Romie is responsible for all sales activity in North America and South America. Primary focus of the sales team is in selling a managed service solution to major manufacturing groups incorporating Industrial Asset Management, Valuation and Disposition/Auction services
Romie, based in Chicago brings 22 years of experience with equipment leasing, surplus asset management, equipment disposition/auction, asset valuation, and solution selling to Global 2000 clients.
His industry experience includes formerly a position with DoveBid as Senior Vice President, North America where he was responsible for all disposition and sales activities plus client relationships . During his 6 years with DoveBid, his leadership helped transform DoveBid’s transactional business into the corporate services model that is a key part of the group’s strategy today.
Prior to the merger in 2002 with DoveBid, Romie was Vice President of Sales for ZoneTrader where he lead a team of sales professionals developing ZoneTrader's surplus asset management program and internet redeployment tool. Prior to ZoneTrader, Romie held various management positions with Comdisco, Inc. where he was responsible for leasing and remarketing computer and telecommunication assets. Romie more recently was Senior Vice President of Corporate services for Great American Group where his team successfully launched their new services initiatives.
Romie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from the University of Dayton.
Leslie-Ann Reed is Chief Financial Officer at GoIndustry DoveBid. As CFO, Leslie-Ann is responsible for the company's overall financial function including: financial reporting, investor relations, tax information systems, audits and all other finance related activities involved in a global company.
Leslie-Ann has had an extensive career in senior executive financial management roles, for several multinational public companies. Prior to joining GoIndustry DoveBid, she was most recently the global CFO at Metal Bulletin plc, a business-to-business information service organization. She also held financial executive roles at Polygram International, including being VP and CFO of Polygram Film Operations, a £375 million revenue business at the time. She has also worked at Warner, Inc., EMI Music, Arthur Andersen and has acted as an adviser to Marwyn Investment Management.
Leslie-Ann graduated with a BA Honours degree in Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University.
Glenn Bishop is GoIndustry DoveBid’s Chief Technology Officer.
As CTO of a global online auction business, Glenn is responsible for the products and services, which are at the heart of the company’s commercial operation. With his global team, Glenn is dedicated to ensuring the company leverages the latest technology to create the most effective and intuitive user experience for buyers and sellers. He is also responsible for the management of internal business systems, and the development of new tools to help clients manage their assets.
Since Glenn joined the company in March 2009, he has led the seamless launch of the company’s new upgraded website, has released enhanced versions of Asset Zone - GoIndustry DoveBid’s industry-leading asset redeployment tool - and has significantly raised the company’s online profile.
With over 23 years experience defining and overseeing business operations, Glenn served as Head of Development at Multimap (acquired by Microsoft); as Senior Director of Engineering at Yahoo! Europe; and as Vice President of Engineering at Vallent Software Systems & Riversoft Ltd (both subsequently acquired by IBM); along with several other technology related positions, from start-ups to mature businesses.
Glenn graduated with 1st Class Bachelor of Science Honours degree, in Electronic & Communication Engineering, from the University of Birmingham.
Gisa Bielfeldt is General Counsel for GoIndustry DoveBid.
In this position, Gisa manages the group’s global legal function. In addition, she oversees the legal aspects of corporate strategy in relation to acquisitions, fundraisings and joint ventures, Gisa also supports the business with legal advice on day-to-day operational issues such as commercial contracts, intellectual property, employment and real estate issues.
Since joining the company in December 2005, Gisa has led the legal team of internal and external advisers during the successful completion of four fundraisings, both debt and equity, and played a key role in the acquisition of DoveBid.
Before joining GoIndustry DoveBid, Gisa spent nine years as a corporate lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Gisa graduated with a BA in Classics from Jesus College, Oxford, and studied law at the College of Law in London.
Rana Robillard is Vice President, Global Human Resources for GoIndustry DoveBid.
In this position, Rana has worldwide responsibility for the company’s strategic Human Resources initiatives, practices and operations. Rana has been instrumental in the company’s acquisition strategy, with four acquisitions taken place since she joined in 2002. Rana and her team have been responsible for integrating and creating an efficient global HR function, which includes developing and implementing global policies, employee benefits, HR information systems, effective business partnering and culture integration.
Rana has served in the Human Resources function in numerous industries, totalling over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining GoIndustry DoveBid, Rana was HR Director for NextCard, an online bank and credit card company, where she built the HR function to support growth from 200 to over 1000 employees. She has also worked at Deloitte and Touche as Regional Human Resources Manager in the San Francisco office; as well as Shearman & Sterling Law Firm and Sheraton Hotels.
Rana attended the Business Program with emphasis on Human Resources from Golden Gate University, in San Francisco. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and a member of Society for Human Resources Management.
