How To Pay

Running auctions -- whether site-based or online -- with assets all over the world, is a complicated business. As with all our processes, we try to keep it simple and convenient for all our buyers. We have several methods through which buyers can pay for assets.

Depending on the auction, you will be given the following payment options at the check-out:

Cash

You can make payments by cashier's check or wire transfer. Certified or business checks may also be acceptable but you should discuss this, if necessary, when you set up your account with us.

Credit Cards

For assets located in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, we are able to accept Credit Card payments. Once your account has been set up, the payment process is fully automated. As soon as your bid has been accepted, you will be prompted to click on the button to pay by Credit Card, and confirm the information is correct. You can then retrieve your invoices immediately in order to arrange shipment as soon as possible.

At this time, we do not accept Credit Card payments for assets located in any other country.

Buyer's Premium

GoIndustry DoveBid collects a Buyer's Premium for its own account in addition to the purchase/bid price. This is subject to a discount based upon bidding and payment methods.
