The GoIndustry DoveBid Management Team
Jack joined GoIndustry-DoveBid in May 2009.
Previously, he was Managing Director and COO, EMEA at TeleAtlas, a global leader in providing digital data to the automotive, Internet, consumer electronics, wireless and enterprise markets. Under his leadership over a four year period, this business grew revenues from €78m to €217m and EBITDA from €6m to €110m.
Prior to this, he was VP of e-Marketplace Management at Commerce One, and was President of Software Services Corporation for most of the 1990’s. He began his career in sales at IBM.
Jack is a Board Member of GDI Infotech, a private IT consultancy based in Michigan, USA.
Bob joined GoIndustry in January 2006 to head up the North American business unit, which has grown considerably since the acquisition of DoveBid.
Before joining the company, Bob held positions with GE Capital, Sun Microsystems, Tucker Anthony and Shawmut National Corporation in an extensive 30-plus year career. He is located in the North American headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.
Nick joined GoIndustry in 1989 and now manages the European business unit, working from our London office.
During his time with the company, Nick has worked in the USA, Asia and throughout continental Europe. He has expertise in all aspects of the industrial auction industry and was appointed as Managing Director of Europe in March 2008.
Nick has a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bath.
Adrian joined GoIndustry DoveBid in January 2008 and manages the Asia Pacific operation with a mission to extend the company's reach across the region. Adrian is based in Hong Kong.
Previously, Adrian has held senior positions with, AT&T Capital Canada, GE Capital and SUN Microsystems in Asia where he was responsible for their Asia Pacific operations covering more than 12 countries.
David joined GoIndustry in 2006 as CFO, and played a major role in the acquisition of DoveBid.
David is a multi-lingual corporate finance director with extensive international experience. David was previously Group Finance Director of Huveaux plc, the AIM listed media and publishing group and European Finance Director of BSMG Worldwide, the international PR agency. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Canada and has over 20 years' post-qualification experience.
Glenn joined GoIndustry DoveBid following a successful career in IT with Madge Networks, Riversoft, Yahoo! and Vallent Software. Most recently Glenn has run his own consultancy business, Sherbrook Associates where he has undertaken a significant project for Multimap. Glenn has extensive experience of managing international IT teams and developing complex systems architecture and web-enabled technologies.
Gisa joined GoIndustry in 2005 and has been responsible for overseeing all legal matters worldwide since that time.
Prior to this Gisa spent nine years as a corporate lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Gisa studied at Jesus College, Oxford and the College of Law, London.
David joined the company in 1998, originally based in Birmingham and now heads the Marketing team globally. David has worked in all aspects of the business and is recognised as one of our vertical experts in the plastics' industry.
He has worked for GoIndustry Dovebid all his life.
Rana joined the company in January of 2002. She has over a decade of experience, and prior to GoIndustry DoveBid she was the HR Director for NextCard, an online bank and credit card company. Rana has also worked in HR positions for Deloitte & Touche, Shearman & Sterling an international law firm, and Sheraton Hotels.
Rana is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
