• To protect our buyers and sellers, DoveBid is now requiring a valid credit card to secure a paddle number for this auction - your credit card will be validated only, not charged.
  
• October 30 - 31, 2001: Auction ending time subject to sale of last item.
  
• OCTOBER 31, 2001: Within 24 hours of the close of the auction, invoices are faxed or emailed to successful bidders. No asset removal. Applicable taxes, buyer's premiums, and other specified fees will be added to the purchase price.
  • Sales Tax: 8% (FOSTER CITY, CA). To be relieved from the liability of sales and use taxes, resellers must complete and submit a resale certificate or bill of lading with their invoice. Taxes will be rebated ONLY after invoices are paid in full.
  
  
  • Buyer’s Premium. DoveBid shall charge and collect from each successful bidder a 13% buyer’s premium for each sale at the auction, in addition to the purchase price as bid. Purchasers who pay in the form of certified funds or wire transfer, shall receive a discount from the buyer’s premium equal to 3% of the purchase price (unless such purchasers bid over the Internet, in which case the discount shall be equal to 1% of the purchase price).
    
• OCTOBER 30- NOVEMBER 2, 2001: Payments due.
  • All funds are to be paid in US dollars.
  • Acceptable means of payment include cash, certified funds made out to DoveBid, including cashier's checks and company checks with a bank letter of guarantee; wire transfers; and the following credit cards: Visa™, American Express™ and Mastercard™.   • FULL PAYMENT of the purchase price is due at the EARLIER of:
       (i) 48 hours after the bidder has received an invoice, or
       (ii) the close of business on the third business day after the auction. Without limiting the foregoing, full payment is due prior to the shipment of purchased assets.
